As part of the exterior renovation of Northwest Library, handicapped parking has been moved closer to the front door.

Northwest Library, relocated accessible parking

This change is a direct response to patrons who requested the parking spaces be moved to provide greater accessibility to persons with disabilities. People parking in these spaces— 6 in total— no longer have to cross through other vehicle traffic entering the Library lot. It's one of the first examples of how renovations at Northwest Library and Old Worthington Library will make both buildings easier to use for all patrons.
