Kids treated to seasonal fun!

Kids and teens can get into the spirit of the season by attending any one of the wickedly fun programs planned at Worthington Libraries locations.

Children trick-or-treatingThere's not just one, but three costume opportunities planned for kids this fall! Ages 6-8 can kick off the scary season at Worthington Park Library on Oct. 23. Stories, crafts and more are planned during Monster Mash, which starts at 7pm.

Toddler in jack-o-lantern costumeOn Oct. 25, Old Worthington Library will host a Pumpkin Parade. Starting at 10am, 2-5 year-olds will enjoy a slightly scary storytime, spook-tacular craft and parade around the Village Green (weather permitting).

Get the most out of your child's adorable outfit by letting her wear it one last time to the Nov. 1 Drop-In & Discover program at Northwest Library. Halloween-themed early literacy activities are planned for ages 5 and under from 9:30am-12:30pm.

Zombie hand against full moonTeens are in for some frightful fun during Worthington Park Library's Nightmare on Park Road. During the costumes-encouraged event, which starts at 7pm on Oct. 29, those attending will play monster trivia, make zombie felties and show off their mummy-wrapping skills.
