Eleven-year-old Ben wants nothing more than to be quarterback of his Pop Warner football team. Two things keep getting in his way: his height (or lack thereof) and his coach's son Shawn, who currently has the quarterback job.
Ben knows how to fix broken plays and throw a long ball, but he's not sure how he's going to get through the season watching someone who doesn't even like being quarterback play the position that Ben deserves. When Shawn asks Ben to help him become a better player, can Ben put the team above his own dream?
