Another Silly Dilly songbook that will have kids asking for more.
Author Alan Katz and illustrator David Catrow team up to take familiar tunes and create 14 laugh-out-loud songs about summer camp.
"Somebody Send Me Home Now!" is an ode to atrocious camp food sung to the tune of "Skip to My Lou." Kids will be in stitches when they hear the new lyrics to "The Mexican Hat Dance" about stinky camp clothes. A few other titles include "Trying Out for the Camp Show," sung to "Take Me Out to the Ballgame," and "This Whole Bunk Is Very Cluttered," sung to "The Battle Hymn of the Republic."

I am the library manager at Worthington Park Library. I love books that have music, adventure, humor or sports in them no sad books for me. I read lots and lots of kids books because they are so good and so much fun. When not at the library, I watch college basketball, football of all kinds and the Columbus Crew. I collect musical instruments from around the world and like to walk in 5Ks.
