Self Defense 101

Back by popular demand! Through demonstrations and hands-on practice with punching/kicking bags, Worthington Police Department staff will show women ages 12 and up how to keep themselves safe. There will also be a discussion of situational assualts, incapacitating drugs and the use of weapons.
