In her book, Writing Down the Bones, bestselling author Natalie Goldberg introduced "writing practice," a technique that combines the power of the pen with meditation to break writing blocks and tap into the creative mind.
Freelance writer Nita Sweeney, Goldberg's former assistant and student, will explain this effective tool and lead writing exercises and a brief period of meditation.
