Self Defense 101 has been canceled this evening.

Back by popular demand!

Through lecture, demonstrations and some hands-on practice with punching/kicking bags, Worthington Police Department staff will show women ages 12 and up how to keep themselves safe.

There will also be a discussion of situational assaults, incapacitating drugs and the use of weapons. Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.
