Hear & Now Author Series: Daniel Smith

If you're not one of the estimated 40 million American adults who suffer from anxiety, chances are good that you know someone who does.

Next up in the library's Hear & Now author series is a visit from Daniel Smith, whose lifelong struggle with the disorder led him to write a book about his experience.

Both hilarious and heartbreaking, in Monkey Mind he shares his story and empowers others to learn to live with-- and laugh at-- their anxiety.
