I was a happy-go-lucky school boy without a care in the world until the APUSH(AP U.S. History) came and all that became history. One week, one outline was the norm, and soon the distraction of various social media sites, various image boards, and various internets became so much that I sought haven in the neighboring library where I poured hours of work into my studies. I became one of the frequents. The next year, I decided to volunteer so I could work at the place I did work… and give back. Yet to my surprise, Northwest Library found another way to give back. It didn’t just become a place to study- it became my second home.
