Intrigued by the title, I started reading this book. Pretty soon I was hooked (or would that be a jab?).
This book provides thought provoking insight and life-saving instruction on:
* how to handle a robot attack
* how to beat up a pirate, both old-timey and modern
* how to beat up a variety of celebrities, fictional characters and historical figures
I love books that make me laugh, and this book does! It's also smart and makes you consider how you would react to situations, even if only in your mind.
About Tom Hanks: the point is you wouldn't want to beat up Tom Hanks, but what if you had to? You just never know.
Kevin Seccia will be in Worthington on Thursday, June 14, 2012 as part of the library's Hear & Now author series!
I am the deputy director of Worthington Libraries and have had a book in hand (or in my bag) since before I could read. I'm a fan of audiobooks, follow too many fiction series to keep up and love to explore new authors and pop culture memoirs. I spend my free time cooking, gardening, exercising and watching movies with my husband and our English mastiffs.
