Resolution #05-04-15

The Library creates engagement and promotes awareness of its services, materials and programs by:

  • utilizing various communication strategies, including print, electronic and social media,
  • building and maintaining community partnerships and
  • conducting extensive community outreach.

The Library fosters an ongoing community dialog and affords patrons multiple methods of providing feedback, offering advice or issuing complaint. All patron correspondence is seriously considered by library administration and responded to in a timely fashion.
