Contract Change Orders

Resolution #9-6-94

All Change Orders are to be signed by the Director and Board President. In the absence of either of these individuals, the Vice-President of the Board will be requested to be one of the signers.

No Change Order may be signed unless sufficient monies have been appropriated and the Change Order does not result in any increase in the Maximum Project Budget.

Change Orders which total $15,000.00 or less may be approved by the Director and Board President on behalf of the Board without Board action. These Change Orders must be reported to the Board at their next regular meeting, but official Board action is not required.

For Change Orders in excess of $15,000.00, the Director and Board President may sign the Change Order, but only after receiving prior approval through a Board adopted resolution.
