The library's Board of Trustees requests statements of qualifications with competitive, sealed proposals from firms to provide design-build services for its Northwest Library Branch Cooling Tower and Boiler Replacement Project. Qualifications and proposals must be received by April 6, 2026, at 12pm.
To receive a combined request for qualifications and request for proposals, email Richard Oleksiw and copy Monica Baughman, the library's director of support services.

I am the library's director of support services and have had a book in hand (or in my bag) since before I could read. I'm a fan of audiobooks, follow too many fiction series to keep up and love to explore new authors and pop culture memoirs.
