Making a public records request? Email PublicRecordsRequest@worthingtonlibraries.org

In your email, please be sure to include:

  • Description of records requested
  • Desired format, such as paper or electronic
  • Method of delivery, such as email, postal mail, electronic media or in person
  • Mailing address, if requesting records by postal mail

Costs

  • Emailed documents are free
  • Mailed paper records cost 10¢ per page, plus actual cost of postage and mailing supplies
  • Computer files on a compact disc (CD) cost $1.00 per CD
