Making a public records request? Email PublicRecordsRequest@worthingtonlibraries.org
In your email, please be sure to include:
- Description of records requested
- Desired format, such as paper or electronic
- Method of delivery, such as email, postal mail, electronic media or in person
- Mailing address, if requesting records by postal mail
Costs
- Emailed documents are free
- Mailed paper records cost 10¢ per page, plus actual cost of postage and mailing supplies
- Computer files on a compact disc (CD) cost $1.00 per CD
