At a meeting held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, Emma Mulvaney was sworn in as a member of the Worthington Libraries Board of Trustees.
Previously sworn in to serve a partial one-year term that concluded in December 2025, Emma Mulvaney begins a full four-year term that will conclude in 2029.
Ms. Mulvaney has lived in the Worthington School District since 2024. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Capital University Law School. She also received a B.A. in Spanish from Capital University. She is currently employed at Frost Brown Todd, LLC where she is Senior Associate.
In her application to serve on the library board, Ms. Mulvaney wrote:
I hope the library continues to foster an enriching environment, where ideas are welcomed, and collaboration is encouraged.
In addition to Ms. Mulvaney, the library board is served by Abigail Poklar (president), Elizabeth Grieser (vice president), Joseph Saverimuttu (secretary), Joan Herbers, Kyla Dembowski and Haze Saputra.
