Parking lot repairs scheduled

We’ve scheduled parking lot repairs at both Old Worthington Library and Northwest Library over two upcoming holiday weekends, when all locations will be closed, to have a minimum impact on library access.

At Old Worthington Library, repairs will take place June 18-20. All library locations are closed on June 19 in celebration of Juneteenth. The repair schedule at Old Worthington Library is as follows:

• The north lot (with the accessible parking) and the smaller lot on Stafford Avenue will be closed for repairs on June 18 and June 19. Temporary accessible parking spaces will be available in the south parking lot off Hartford Street on June 18.
• The south parking lot will be closed on June 19 and June 20. The lockers and the exterior book drop will be accessible from the sidewalk for walk-up service during this time, but the drive-up materials return will be closed.

At Northwest Library, repairs will take place July 4-5. All library locations are closed on both days in celebration of Independence Day. While the Northwest Library parking lot is being repaired, exterior materials return and lockers will be inaccessible.
