During tax season, we offer a small selection of preprinted forms and instruction booklets from the IRS.
Additional forms are available online, from the IRS as well as Ohio Department of Taxation. Once you find the tax forms you need, use library computers to print, or print them wirelessly and pick up them at the Library-- free of charge.
To receive paper forms from the IRS by mail, submit an online request or call 800-829-3676.
While library staff members cannot prepare taxes or answer specific tax-related questions, we can assist you in locating forms and identifying additional tax resources. Get help by email, phone and chat.
