At Worthington Libraries, we use data to align our services with the needs of our patrons.

We closely monitor library usage statistics for trends and regularly conduct original research to capture the perspectives of the people in our community. We use what we learn to inform everything we do, from budgeting to website redesign to strategic planning.

We also use our expertise as information professionals in partnership with other organizations in the community.

By using a data-driven approach to understanding the needs of the people in our community, we can create a user-centered library experience, representing the diverse community we serve with materials, resources and activities.
